Q: How do I look up my rewards balance?
A: It’s simple! Use your phone number to look up rewards at the top of our website. No logins or passwords needed.
Q: How do I move up a rewards level?
A: You will be automatically enrolled to earn 2% back. Once you spend $2,500 in 1-year, you will earn 3% back. After a spend of $7,500 in 1-year, you’ll pass the finish line with 4% back at each visit!
Q: What kind of communication can I expect with this?
A: All our communication will be done via text. 24-hours after your first visit, you’ll receive a “Welcome” text with your current balance. If you would like to opt out at anytime, you can reply STOP to any text you receive from us.
Q: Can I use my rewards and current offer during the same visit?
A: No, rewards cannot be used together with any other discount or offer.
Q: Is there a max limit of rewards I can use at each visit?
A: Yes, the reward redemption limit per visit is $250.
Q: Is there a max amount I can earn per visit?
A: No, you earn rewards for every dollar you spend.
Q: Do my rewards expire?
A: Yes, rewards will expire after 12 months of no use.
Q: What if I don’t need to use my reward dollars?
A: No need for your reward dollars? Share with family and friends, or even donate them to a local charity (we will run about four of these opportunities to support our community with your Reward Dollars each year)
