Excellent shop! Honest, clean, reasonable…they go above and beyond. They even replaced a missing transmission fluid stick that was missing on my son’s Mercedes at no cost when they did the 50k mile service. Highly recommend.

These guys were great. I had a check engine light on. They checked it for me in minutes and found out it was a loose gas cap. I was so relieved since I had just bought the car a few weeks earlier. They did not even charge me for checking it. I will be back and recommend this place to Everyone

I use to do all my own oil changes but work gets busy so to save time, I would just go to Jiffy Lube.One day I noticed my oil pan leaking. Of course the oil drain plug was stripped. A new oil pan was $40 so instead of haggling with Jiffy Lube. I decided to replace the pan my self. With a lot of these vehicle manufacturers you have to make your own gasket. I tried replacing my own oil pan and gasket and miserably failed (I stripped a bolt into my engine block over torquing the oil pan fastener).I was able to go into Glenwood and get my vehicle back that same day.They communicated well, super friendly and reasonably priced. I would highly suggest going to them if you ever need work done on your vehicle! Thank you!

The bumper of my car came off because I had parked too close to the curb. I came to Glenwood Aliso creek auto repair which was in proximity. They took down my details and fixed it in no time. Super happy with their service. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful- especially Will and Alex were very patient in explaining how they were going to fix it. One of the staff even made fresh popcorn for my lil one and gave toys to play with. I Will definitely be coming back here in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family as well.

Great place to come by if you need service done on your car. The staff where all super kind and helpful, just needed a patch on my tire and they where able to handle it right away. I didn't even have time to help myself to the free coffee and popcorn, that's how fast they helped me out.

This place is great! They are always busy and get me in and out. It’s family owned and operated by a father and son that actually care and usually both on site too! Great people with fair pricing too! Very happy and grateful to have a mechanic that is honest and trustworthy! I brought my dog there today and was playing on the grass behind the shop and the owner brought out a ball and thrower for my dog to pass the time and gave her some dog treats too! My dog and I both highly recommend Bobby Grich Auto Repair because they earn ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am absolutely blown away by the high quality and promptness of service here. I have been to so many shops that yank my chain and try and charge me for things I never asked for so it’s extremely refreshing to find this place.I’ve been here three times now and each time they answered all my questions, explained everything they wanted to do in detail and gave me transparent pricing up front making sure it was okay before proceeding. They even worked with my schedule. Absolutely above and beyond. Not only that but everyone who works here is so lovely and friendly, it’s really nice 🙂 I HIGHLY recommend making Glenwood your regular mechanic. I feel very lucky I found them.

Went to get an oil change here. I told them that I was low on engine oil. I knew my car had low oil just a simple fix. I'm an engineer so I know if was a simple maintenance fixNoooo they wanted to charge me $11 thousand dollars for a used engine for my Tacoma and then they didn't want to do the oil change.I, went to Walmart instead and they fixed the issueThey are insane.

They just lost two clients. I stopped by this morning to ask if they do smoke check, how long it takes and when I could bring my car. They answered yes, 20 minutes, anytime. I asked my husband to come home for his lunch to stay with our child so I could make a quick visit to this place. Upon arrival they told I need to wait. It was not what I expected. We will continue all our auto services at the spot with Aliso Niguel Auto - they have everything at the same spot and I do not remember any issue. We just wanted to give this new place a chance and the very first experience was a challenge.

I needed to have my tire pressure checked right away. Bret was cheerful and responsive and told me to come right over. I did so and was in and out in 15 minutes. This place is fantastic and a standout compared to the slew of other auto places in the area that I have gone to 1x and go out of my way to avoid now. I went for general maintenance on my really old shoddy car on its last legs and they made reasonable recommendations to get me to the finish line. In appreciation, I called them yesterday while finalizing paperwork on a used car purchase so they could give it a review.I’m a single woman who doesn’t know about cars. They don’t make me feel stupid or like they’re trying to pull one over on me. The entire team including owner, desk, and mechanics are all extremely courteous and friendly. It makes me think of the local shop in the small town I grew up in.Also great coffee, popcorn, and lounge chairs if you need to make calls or want to catch some sun! Also a nice and clean restroom!

They are very honest, very friendly mechanics, not at all what you're use to. Very fair on price and do a great job. It is important to them to take care of you and they make that very obvious in their genuine care and how they accommodate their customers. This kind of service is rare these days, but SO appreciated.. ended up having them put on all 4 new tires and will be my forever mechanic shop for me and my friends and family.

The owners, Jesse & Brett are super friendly guys. They give you a pitch when you bring your vehicle there to explain there Mission statement. Fiancée had her cars oil changed there. They repaired my left front tire with a plug for free! Who does this in this day and age! I’ll definitely be back to this repair shop!

These boy's are awesome!Stopped by (pretty sure after closing time) on a rainy night. The weather was so cold that day it caused my tire pressure drop quickly. I'm not comfortable putting air in my tires. (People got issues that's mine) It was so nice meeting them. Didn't charge me a dime. Just wanted to make sure I made it home safely. It's good to know that we have family owned businesses within our community that actually care about us. I have been missing that. I highly recommend that you stop by and check them out!!

We have switched our Fleet Service to Aliso Auto because they are not only expert mechanics but also know how to provide outstanding customer service. Personal interaction and straight-forward explanations of service issues. Additionally they don’t try to squeeze every penny from the customer - like the boys that add-on extra services / non needed parts simply to drive profits for the stockholders (national chains). We are extremely pleased and confident that we made the right decision.

Really nice guys and great service. I stopped by to fill up my tire after going to three different air pumps and these guys where my heroes. And to make it even better they found what was wrong with my tire and even offered to patch it for free. (If only I didn't need a new tire). Absolutely recommend this place.

Absolutely love this place after my first experience there and plan to take all vehicles here moving forward! Had a flat tire because of a screw, stopped in hoping to drop off the tire while getting by for a day on a spare. They fixed it (and saved the tire) and put it back on my car in MINUTES. I (and my wallet) are beyond happy and relieved with the customer service here. They deserve your service, you should go here for any vehicle maintenance/repair needs 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

I noticed one of my tires was super low on my way to work this morning. I was going to stop at a nearby gas station to see if it needed air when I noticed this auto repair shop. I decided to ask if they could take a look at my tire and the owner was quick to determine there was a nail in the tire. They offered to patch it up for me for free as well as adding a free cup of coffee while I waited. That's the level of service I'm used to getting at Les Schwab. I'm glad this place was around to help with the inconvenience.
